Kasturi Paithani aims to provide clear and transparent information about product prices and payment methods.
1. Payment Methods
Depending on availability, customers may pay using:

Net Banking
Other payment methods supported by our payment gateway
Cash on Delivery for eligible orders
Online payments are currently processed through Razorpay.
Payment service providers may change in the future.
2. Payment Security
Online payment transactions may be processed through secure third-party payment service providers.
Customers should never share their OTP, PIN, CVV, password or banking credentials with Kasturi Paithani staff or any third party.
Kasturi Paithani will not ask customers to disclose confidential banking credentials through WhatsApp, phone calls or social media.
3. Payment Failure
If money has been deducted from your account but the order has not been confirmed, please contact us with the transaction details.
We may verify the transaction with the payment service provider before processing the order or refund.
4. Duplicate Payments
If you believe you have made a duplicate payment for the same order, contact us immediately with the relevant transaction details.
After verification, any eligible duplicate payment will be handled appropriately.
5. Cash on Delivery
COD availability may depend on product, order value, location and courier service.
COD orders may be verified before dispatch.
6. Product Pricing
Product prices may change from time to time.
Prices applicable to an order are generally those displayed at the time the order is placed and accepted, subject to obvious technical or pricing errors.
7. Discounts and Coupons
Promotional offers, coupons and discounts may have specific terms, validity periods, minimum order values or product exclusions.
Customers should review the applicable offer terms before using a coupon or promotional code.
8. Pricing Errors
If a product is accidentally listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we may contact the customer before fulfilling the order.
Where appropriate, the customer may be given the option to proceed at the corrected price or receive a refund.
